10-Year Limited Warranty

What is covered

For ten years from the install date, Elite Floor Coatings warrants that the coating system we installed (polyurea base coat, decorative flake, polyaspartic topcoat) will not:

• Peel, lift or delaminate from the concrete
• Suffer hot-tire pickup from passenger-vehicle tires
• Yellow or chalk from sunlight exposure
• Wear through the topcoat under normal residential use

What we will do

If a covered defect appears, text a photo to (904) 490-7961. We will inspect within ten business days and repair the affected area at no charge: grind, re-prime, re-flake and re-topcoat as needed, with a best-effort color match to the original flake blend. If a repair is not practical, we will recoat the affected area in full. Our liability is limited to the repair or recoating of the affected area and never exceeds the original price paid for the floor.

Transfer

The warranty stays with the property. A new owner may claim it by texting us the property address and a copy of the certificate. No fee, no registration.

What is not covered

• Moisture vapor or hydrostatic pressure from below the slab when our moisture test recommended a vapor-barrier primer and it was declined, or when conditions change after install (plumbing leaks, flooding, irrigation against the slab)
• New cracks, heaving or settling of the concrete itself, and any coating damage directly above them
• Chemical attack from spills left in place: battery acid, brake fluid, solvents, gasoline, concentrated cleaners
• Mechanical damage: dropped tools, dragged metal, jack stands or trailer tongues without a pad, welding slag, impact
• Hot-tire pickup from racing, drag-radial or commercial-vehicle tires, and tires with steel or stud wear
• Normal wear of the anti-slip texture, scuffs and surface scratches that do not expose concrete
• Commercial, industrial or rental-fleet use (shop floors carry their own written terms)
• Any coating, sealer, repair or recoat applied by anyone other than Elite Floor Coatings

Conditions

• The invoice is paid in full.
• No vehicles for 72 hours after install and no heavy loads for 7 days, as instructed at handoff.
• Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner and water. No pressure washing above 1,500 psi at the edges.
• Report a covered defect within 30 days of noticing it, with a photo.

This is the complete warranty. It replaces any spoken promise, and no other warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, applies beyond what Florida law requires. Elite Floor Coatings is a registered trade name of Michael Strategies LLC, Jacksonville, Florida.
