Privacy Policy

Short version: we only collect what we need to give you a floor estimate and get the job done. We never sell or share your information.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address and ZIP code, plus anything you tell us about your project (garage size, photos, timeframe, how you prefer to be contacted).
• Where it comes from: the quote form on this site, lead forms on Facebook and Instagram ads, Facebook Messenger, Nextdoor, Google Business Profile, and calls or texts to (904) 490-7961.
• Site usage: this site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies and record pages viewed, the device used and the ad or link that brought you here. This data is aggregated and does not include your name or contact details.

How we use it

• To contact you about your estimate the way you asked (call or text).
• To prepare, send and follow up on your estimate and invoice, schedule the install, and handle warranty claims.
• To measure which ads and posts bring in real inquiries so we can spend less on the ones that do not.

Texting

If you give us your number or text us first, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling and the finished job. We do not send marketing text blasts. Reply STOP at any time to end texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Who sees it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the tools we use to run the business, and only as needed to serve you:

• Our estimating and invoicing software (QuoteIQ), to send your estimate and invoice.
• Our installer, to the extent needed to schedule and complete your job (address and project details).
• Acorn Finance, only if you choose to apply for financing through the link we provide. Acorn's own privacy policy applies to that application.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, as analytics and ad platforms, in the aggregated form described above. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also holds that submission under its own terms.

We will disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Estimate and job records are kept for as long as your warranty runs, plus the period Florida tax and business law requires. Inquiries that never turn into an estimate are deleted within two years.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it: email quotes@elitefloorcoatings.co or text (904) 490-7961. We will do it within 30 days unless a warranty or legal record requires us to keep it.
• Block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
